Warranty Policy

Any purchase of Emile Chouriet’s exceptional collections is fully covered by a five-year warranty.

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

  1. In cases of loss or theft of the item.
  2. Natural wear and tear or aging of the watch, including battery wear, scratches on the dial, or damage to the case.
  3. Any type of deterioration of the watch, whether total or partial, resulting from improper use, lack of care, negligence, an accident (such as falls, scratches, compressions, breaking of the glass, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by Emile Chouriet.
  4. Indirect damages or consequences of the normal wear and tear of the watch, including operational issues, defects, or inaccuracies of the watch.

Steps to Complete Service

Step 1

Watch Disassembly

Our experts remove the screw between the strap and the case with the designated tool.

Step 2

Hands Removal

Use special tools to separate the hands from the dial.

Step 3

Cleaning of components

Disassembling the various parts of the movement and cleaning.

Step 4

Movement Assembly

Careful inspection of parts. Assembly in accordance with standards. Application of recommended lubricants. Finally, calibration to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Step 5

Polishing

Additional services may be offered according to customer requests.

Step 6

Cleaning

Clean and polish the visible parts of the watch.

Step 7

Casing

Assembly of the movement, dial, and hands into the case.

Step 8

Water-Resistance Test

Our experts test the water resistance of the watch to ensure it meets manufacturing standards.

Step 9

Control Settings

The control of the caliber’s adjustment allows checking its “health status” at a specific time and in certain positions to ensure the watch’s proper functioning.

Step 10

Quality control machine (by simulation)

This is a machine that automatically winds the watch and simulates all the positions when worn. We typically compare the watch’s operational parameters before and after simulation (this process takes several days).
