After receiving the order, the customer has a ten-day period to exercise the right of cancellation and return the watch to us. To initiate this procedure without any charges, it is mandatory to fill out the form provided below.
It is essential that all returned products are not used, and accompanied by all accessories in their original packaging. Emile Chouriet will proceed with a full refund of the purchase price once the returned item has been inspected and deemed compliant.
Products that are returned damaged or incomplete will not be accepted for return, as they are not considered resalable.
In such circumstances, no refund will be made.
