Sporty, endurant and built to deftly take on any situation, Emile Chouriet’s Challenger Cliff collection best embodies the Geneva-based brand’s “Be Free, Be Easy” philosophy. Its latest model, the Challenger Cliff Chronograph, is packed with even more useful features for the daily adventures that life provides.

Throughout the years, Emile Chouriet has built up its Challenger Cliff collection with a revamped design and an ever-growing number of references, each adapted to the wearer’s lifestyle. What they all share is dependability as daily companions, encouraging one to strive harder and reach further. Inspired by the idyllic pace of life in Geneva, balancing a productive work life in the city with moments of leisure, disconnection and self-discovery in the great outdoors, the new Challenger Cliff Chronograph caters to free and easy spirit in all of us.

Imbued with a number of functions that are intuitive to use and visually harmonious, the newest addition to the Challenger Cliff collection incorporates a chronograph, date display and power reserve indicator. Each was designed to occupy a distinct sector of the dial, keeping in mind the utility for the wearer and making these functions reliable in any situation.

The metallic blue dial captivates with its surprising play of depth and volume. Decorated across its different layers, the upper striped portion of the dial is given a radial sunburst pattern with a gradient effect that darkens towards the edge. In the grooves between the stripes, an engraved circular pattern enhances the play of light. For perfect legibility, the dial is set with applied baton hour indices and a Roman “XII” numeral at the top; a signature of the Challenger Cliff line. The finishing touch is a uniquely designed set of hour and minute hands, finished in a mix of polished and matte surfaces with two strips of Super-LumiNova®.

Taking visual cues from the mountain peaks of the Swiss Alps surrounding Geneva, the Challenger Cliff Chronograph’s angular case measures 41mm in diameter, and boasts a water-resistance of 5 ATM (50 meters) that’s more than adequate for any excursion. Its integrated three-link steel bracelet matches the angular facets of the case, with a sleek vertical satin-finish and polished edges.

As a watch conceived for those always on the move, the Challenger Cliff Chronograph is equipped with an automatic movement. Visible through the sapphire display back, the EC8658 movement delivers a power reserve of 42 hours with a self-winding mechanism that harnesses the energy of your every move.

Whatever your next goal to attain or adventure to embark on, you can count on the Challenger Cliff Chronograph to be up to the task.
